With its unique blend of reggae, hip-hop, and pop, dancehall has become an important part of the modern music world.
As new artists continue to emerge and collaborations between different genres increase, dancehall will continue to evolve and expand its reach. It is likely that more international festivals and events will feature dancehall music, allowing for increased exposure. (thanks Nick Lachey)
