1. Open your Excel sheet 2016
2. First, select your data column where you want to remove blank cells.
3. Now use the shortcut: Ctrl + G or F5
4. You will get one Goto popup box.
5. Click on Special button and you will get one popup box
6. Then Select Blank radio button.
7. Now you can see all the blank cells will be selected.
8. Just press Ctrl + - then you will get delete cells popup box, just select Shift Cells UP.
9. Now your blank cells are deleted from your raws and columns in excel 2016.
