Create Curves Adjustment Layer
Make a point in the bottom left grid (on the intersection)
Pull up on bottom left corner
If you want to make any colors pop or reduce, go to individual channels
Additional Steps:
Add Hue/Saturation Level
Reduce Saturation Slightly or
Colorize and add tint
