The Scales of Justice is a unique shield which was added as a labyrinth-exclusive reward in Path of Exile 3.14 Ultimatum. This shield requires the user to stack both life and mana to be able to benefit from its unique modifiers, including gaining a chunk of added fire damage and being unaffected by both ignite and shock. Can The Scales of Justice enable some interesting niche mechanics to make a build around?
