Anne's Tickled Nose Sneezes Them Away!
Anne is a giant compared to these tiny gnomes, and rather rudely she sneezes right on one of the little gnomes without trying to turn away or cover her sneeze. This is a pretty obscure combination though... colonial folk, little gnomes, sneezing, a goose happens to be there. It's all pretty weird.
