Ok so hear me out, Vesper of Radius and Frostpulse can create one of the most op but useful rift builds to ever main for the shadebinder subclass. Like, this has made one of the most underused exotics in game viable without bungies still (to this very date) not updating it.
Along with it, will also be adding charged with light mods, warmind cells, whisper of bonds, whisper of refraction, whisper of shards and whisper of fissures for a practically full ability and super regen per use of rift. This is op.
