A strong early shepherd board allows me to win streak, getting me to level 8 earlier than normal. I'm able to stabilize at 9 with a LeBlanc 2 with minimal rolling, allowing me to hit level 10 and boarding 6 vanguard, 5 shepherd, and 2 Arbiter, using LeBlanc's best arbiter variant and granting her near full uptime.
