Do Flavor Bans Stop Youth Vaping? Are They Good For Public Health?
All legwork credit for this video goes to Phil on Twitter. Phils full thread of this is full of many many more examples of this phenomenon. Where ever flavored vaping is restricted, taxed or otherwise limited. Smoking rates go back up. These are product substitutions for each other and every vaper is a person not smoking cigarettes. Take away the healthy food, people eat junk food.
