Well, this is a very common comparison when people need FLOATING FLOORS, which are models that can be installed over existing flooring without breaking the previous one.
Many people have questions about whether these floors are durable, whether VINYL FLOORING can be used in the kitchen, VINYL FLOORING in the bathroom, whether LAMINATE FLOORING can be damaged by water, etc. In today's video, in the battle of materials section, we'll compare which flooring is best: vinyl or laminate.
Let's look at the initial difference: what they're made of. Basically, vinyl flooring is made of PVC, while laminate flooring is made of wood with four layers: the first being the protective layer, followed by the wood base layer, followed by the laminated pattern, and finally, a protective film.
