This is a simple tutorial for removing FRP lock or flashing Itel A16 android 8.1.0.
first download the firmware.(the link is down below) and also the flash tool and extract all.

open the flash tool and load the firmware and click on the start icon.
switch off the phone and HOLD Volume down, connect usb cable and wait for the process to finish.
NB: if you have connections issues, make sure to install spreadtrum usb drivers.
