In this video I have taught you how can you make Google Assistant say whatever you want (Whether True or False), and also how can you change it's voice to make voice and add a Language.
In this video, I have told you how you can set Google Assistant Custom Response using a site named IFTTT.com. I have myself also used ifttt.com to set Custom Google Assistant replies for this video and some other videos.

After setting Custom Reply, whenever you will say the entered trigger sentence to your Google Assistant, It will automatically reply you the response you saved in the site.
These similar steps might also work for Siri or Alexa but I can not give guarantee about other voice assistants.
