Microsoft has acknowledged major performance issues in games with Windows 11 Version 22H2, just 2 months after it was released. I feel that this affects more than just games, as I had many issues over the past 2 months with performance, and it was not just in games!
I announce the news, as well as talk about my experiences with Windows 11 22H2 and the issues I had. It got so bad that my PC rolled back to 21H2 on its own! I will be holding off on the 22H2 update until Microsoft fixes the issues. I have a feeling the last update potentially bricked my system, so startup repair probably reverted the feature update. I probably would have reverted the update anyways after hearing the news.
Have you had any of these issues? Leave a comment below! If you are having the issues, I would downgrade if you can. If you are not able to, you can update your GPU drivers and games in the meantime. Microsoft will be releasing an update hopefully soon to fix most of these issues, so I'd check for updates as well to see if Microsoft released a fix. They will most likely release it on next Patch Tuesday.
