Mordhau Zweihander Gameplay — Full Match, Chill Commentary
Today's Mordhau gameplay video features my Zweihander build which I recently adjusted from the original build by a smidge. This build used to have 1/2/3 armor, and it now has 2/2/2 armor. I wanted to balance out the armor without losing the mobility that 6 armor comes with.
In Mordhau the Zweihander is a popular weapon due to its reach and power. You'll see players often running around swinging into the back of an enemy and then running away. They're just trying to get easy, cheap kills without putting in any of the work to secure a kill themselves. Think of it like a maul, same type of playstyle, just a giant blade that deals damage for the length of it, rather than a weapon that only extends to arm's length.
With that said, the Zweihander is an interesting sword to use because of its size. You'll see a couple times in this video where someone was saved by the length of the weapon. My sword smacked into the environment a few times which caused my attack to stop, where a shorter weapon would have not hit the environment and the swing would have gone through.
