I traveled to Dagestan (Russia) to train like Khabib Nurmagomedov and Islam Makhachev. 2-3 Years Dagestan and Forget Turns into reality. Episode 1 starts with landing in Makhachkala, heading into the Caucasus mountains, going horse riding, eating traditional Dagestani BBQ, and then stepping onto the mats to train wrestling with elite Dagestani wrestlers.
My entire trip was organized through MK Wrestling, who host international fighters and athletes wanting to experience Dagestan for real.
