What's great about it: Easy to use, quick, and no wasted coffee.
What's not so great: A little pricey but worth it
I love a good cup of coffee and hate brewing a whole pot. This way I can have a great cup of coffee whenever I want it and I've enjoyed all of the k-cups I've tried so far. This is actually the second Keurig I own, I have the mini which I keep on my dest at work. If you enjoy a good cup of coffee and want it whenever you choose, this is the coffee maker for you.

This is a great product, however, the first one I bought had a defect. Aftera few weeks, I kept receiving a "Prime" error. I googled it and found it was a common problem. To correct it, I had to empty the reservoir, and then refill it...that corrected the problem but it was a pain. I exchanged it to Best But, fortunately within 30 days of purchase. The replacement machine seems to work fine.

What's great about it: It allows each member of the family to have their own blend of coffee or tea.
This is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. It allows each member of my family to have their own blend of coffee or tea. Believe me, that is a major plus in my family. I was skeptical at first, but the variety of coffees available are tremendous. The machine itself is sturdy and fits well under our counter.

What's great about it: Great coffee - convenient
What's not so great: The pump is not durable
First, I do love my Keurig Coffeemaker and use it every morning. It makes great coffee, and is so quick and easy. However, I highly recommend that you spend the extra money and purchase the 2 year service agreement. Each of the Keurig Coffeemakers I've owned (4 to date) all stopped working because of a non-functioning pump. The longest time without a pump failure was 20 months. So, even though I love this coffeemaker and highly recommend it, I would not purchase it without also purchasing the service agreement offered.
