❄️ Winter snow ambience

A relentless snowstorm sweeps through Woods, burying the forest in silence and static.
Woods is not just a forest. It’s a forgotten military zone, a place where evacuation failed, secrets were buried, and those who stayed behind learned to survive in isolation.
Before Tarkov fell, Woods was a controlled perimeter, not a wilderness.
Hidden among the trees were military supply routes, training grounds, and restricted facilities operated by RAF and contractors. When the city collapsed, the forest became a buffer zone and then a trap.
In winter conditions, Woods becomes something else entirely. Snow erases landmarks. Wind distorts sound. Visibility collapses, and movement becomes guesswork.
In these conditions, Woods favors no one not PMCs, not Scavs, not soldiers.
The forest itself becomes the dominant force.
What little remains of Tarkov’s military order is buried beneath snowdrifts, rust, and silence. Yet traces persist: a humming generator, a bunker door sealed shut, footprints that vanish as quickly as they appear.
Unlike Tarkov’s urban zones, Woods offers no clear answers.
There are no manifestos, no public records, no witnesses left behind. Only remnants.
The snowstorm doesn’t just obscure vision it obscures history.
And beneath the frozen ground, some secrets remain undisturbed, waiting for no one.
