HOW THE WHALE HOT HIS THROAT
• Post
These famous stories by Rudyard Kipling explain, in his inimitable style, how the peculiarities of certain creatures came to be "just so". These exotic tales are brought to life through beautifully crafted animation for yet another generation to cherish time and time again.
THE CAT THAT WALKED BY HIMSELF
Once the cat was as wild as all the other creatures. When man decided that he wanted animals to work for him, the clever cat struck a bargain so that he didn't have to work, but still had all the comforts of home.
THE ELEPHANT'S CHILD
No one could answer the curious elephant child's question of what the crocodile has for dinner. He asked all the animals in the jungle, including the crocodile himself, who, in response, bites and stretches the poor little elephant's nose.
HOW THE ALPHABET WAS MADE
The little cave girl, by listening to the sounds her father made when he spoke, was able to draw pictures that corresponded with how the words sounded. This is how the first alphabet was created.
HOW THE WHALE GOT HIS THROAT
Long ago whales could eat other fish. One whale was so greedy that he ate a shipwrecked mariner, who, in protest, jammed his raft across the whale's throat. From that moment on, the whale could only eat very small things.
