1 large Mackerel(cut up)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 seasoning cube
2 tablespoons oil of choice
1/2 medium Onion
2 scotch bonnets.
THE DOUGH:
2½ All Purpose Flour(325𝘨)
1½ Tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon melted butter 50g margarine
3/4 cup water
1 egg
