Expressing the First Milk (Hindi) - Small Baby Series

Most mothers of small babies will need to express their milk until their babies are able to feed exclusively from the breast. They should start expressing within an hour of giving birth to establish a good supply of milk, including if they’ve had a caesarean birth. This video shows how to teach a mother to express colostrum, the first milk.
The intended audience is frontline health workers in the developing world.
