Documents Overview in Caspio
WorkMovr manages all Document Types, including Videos. Documents are stored in Amazon AWS.
Because of the Elements data structure, WorkMovr can use just a single software component to store and retrieve Documents everywhere.
Document Types include Images, PDFs, Excels, Word Docs, Videos, and additional types such as PhotoShop and Embroidery Files.
WorkMovr provides a Viewer for most Document Types.
All Documents are stored in the application Amazon AWS S3 Bucket for 3 reasons:
*From AWS, Documents can be more easily retrieved, for example, to be attached to an SMS Message
*In AWS, Documents can be merged or adjusted by program
*Especially for applications with large Image or Video portfolios, AWS Storage avoids Caspio Database Size Overage Fees.
