REGEX in ABAP - Regular Expressions with Examples [english]
In this video I will show you some very simple examples how to use regular expressions. In ABAP you can use regular expressions in the statements FIND or REPLACE or in functions like count, match, substring and so on. SAP offers two test programs for this purpose, which I will also use in this video. I will show you a few examples.
The programs are called: DEMO_REGEX and DEMO_REGEX_TOY.
Example 1: Check credit card number (Visa)
Example 2: Check CVV (Card Verification Value)
