Clients often base their decisions on the assumptions of amateur builders, and these misunderstandings are implemented, spending large sums of money and pursuing false goals. When building a house, a basement can be a very rational and necessary solution for the practical use of this space and for optimizing construction costs. In fact, there are few tasks that a basement can realistically and inexpensively solve. One of the main issues in basement construction is the choice of wall materials. In this video, I discuss the most common options. I discuss installing a foundation over a basement and the location of a basement in a house on a slope, where the basement also serves as the foundation.
