DuckStation: Failed to start ACTION_OPEN_DOCUMENT_TREE intent, solved for Android TV 11+ & Google TV
Since the release of Android TV 11, including Google TV, apps are required to use the Scoped Storage API, causing many emulator apps to break as they need to access files from storage. For instance, the DuckStation emulator doesn't work on most Android TV and Google TV devices because they lack a Scoped Storage Access Framework (SAF) file picker.
