If the method in the video does not work for you, please try the same steps on the "wow64.exe" It depends on your OS bit version and the WoW you run.
If the video did not work and the suggested above did not work try this, right click your desktop and go to "display setting" once that opens where it says change size of text apps and other items make sure that slider is set to 100 % some people say that fixed it too.
