London businessman of Chinese descent, Quan, opens a restaurant in the south of the city and proudly watches his daughter grow into a beautiful young woman. But his daughter and wife are killed in an IRA bombing. Seeing that the authorities are not actively pursuing the terrorists, Quan decides to track down and eliminate the perpetrators himself.
