"THUMBE"
The fairy tale "Thumbe" tells the story of a sensitive and kind girl who had to go through many trials to find happiness in life.
On her way, she encounters lazy frogs who kidnapped Thumbelina; beetles who considered the girl ugly; a mole who wanted to marry a hardworking girl out of calculation. And only the swallow that Thumbelina cured helped her find her happiness.
The fairy tale teaches us to believe in the best, to be kind and to help people in need.
"Thumbe" will be an excellent primary educational book and will help instill the right values in the child.
After reading the fairy tale, ask the child:
why did the frog kidnap Thumbelina?
who helped the girl escape?
why didn't the beetles like Thumbelina?
