When an NPC comments on your appearance
Don't get me wrong, I like the dynamic aspect of being noticed however sometimes it just makes me feel bad. Oh just because I have every disease known to man you are gonna say something? On a side note, I think this is the nicest thing I've ever heard Nazeem say.
