In this woodworking video I'll be showing how to make a stunning live edge console table with hairpin legs! This narrow, wall mounted console table only uses two hairpin legs because it it also wall mounted. I sourced a live edge walnut slab from Kettle Moraine Hardwoods (https://www.kmhardwoods.com/) then debarked it with a chisel, but was carful to maintain a rustic look, and cut it to size with my DeWalt table saw and miter saw. I filled knots and holes with Starbond CA glue. Then I milled the boards with my DeWalt DW735 planer and sanded the walnut slab with my Ridgid belt sander and orbital sander.

To give this console table a modern look, I added hairpin legs using threaded wood inserts and panhead screws. Finally, I finished the table with Mr Cornwall's Super Duper Everlasting Oil.

Main Features
-Live edge walnut slab
-Hairpin legs
-Threaded inserts
