Roblox crashes with white screen after Roblox update on Bluestacks. Read Description.
Fix White Screen Error
Follow procedure and advice at own RISK!
Go to C:\ProgramData\BlueStacks_nxt\Engine
Create folder incase files are needed again labeled whatever you like such as "Delete"
Move files into "Delete" folder
AppImagePreference.json
CloudInstanceSettings.json
grm_metadata.json
requirements.json
Oem.cfg
Go to Playstore and update Roblox if still installed/ if no update, reinstall Roblox as needed
Restart Bluestacks instance
***Delete "Delete" folder at own risk, Bluestacks creates new files except Oem.cfg.
Hopefully this works for you and fixes the problem that seems to randomly occur. This is the only fix I've found without wiping Bluestacks and reinstalling. If this doesn't work you may need to wipe Bluestacks and reinstall fresh. I am not responsible for lost data. Leave a comment if it worked. 👍👎
