Step-by-Step
First you Install wordpress plugin Contact Form 7
after installation of plugin active contact form 7 plugin
now go to contact form 7 tabs and create new form
after creation copy contact form shortcode wordpress and use this shortcode any where in wordpress
and create input fields in contact form 7 panel like name email and mobile number etc and add send button
all fields add css class for styling
and save form.
