Hazelnut (filbert) grafted onto bear nut (Turkish hazel)
This Turkish hazel tree was grafted 20 years ago with five different hazelnut varieties. The grafting was successful, and the tree has now reached its full height and is producing excellent fruit.
It is no longer a bush, but a full-fledged tree with a Turkish hazel trunk and a hazelnut crown.
