Cart Full - Tricking Tutorial
Cartwheel full is an extremely important fundamental trick to have in my opinion. To learn it you don't need any flipping background. This progression line is nice and simple and helps you turning your vertical twist into a flip:
1. Cartwheel and preferably so powerful that you can lift your arms up.
2. Spin as much as a cart full rotates but do it completely vertically.
3. Do this after the cartwheel. Learn to lift your right arm up to initiate the twist and try to land on your left leg first. This version is good to learn early on because most cart full variations are basically done like this.
4. Just do the previous step but now tuck your body. The tuck will help you getting around and make it look more like a flip. This can be the scariest part so if you have access to soft surfaces, use them.
5. Time to make your posture better. Try to tuck less and less while having your chest out and head up. Push that left leg towards the ground and leave the right leg behind. This will give your cart full the eagle position.
In the end the straighter your legs are and the better your posture is, the cleaner and more impressive looking cart full you will have.
