In this video I walk you through the Before & After of a recent flip we just finished up. It was a hoarder house and probably one of, if not, the nastiest houses we have ever flipped so far in terms of just being disgusting (Not the worst in condition).
I bought the house from $258k at the beginning of February 2025, and We finished up the first week of May and listed it for $395k which is a little lower than comps, just to spur some interest in this slow market we're experiencing.
Rehab total came in at $62k.
