I got some criticism saying the only fps boost was me moving spots in the map so I'm proving here that the fps difference is actually even better even though I never leave the bandit camp area (notorious for LOW fps) So this is the ultimate FPS guide for Rust and stutters and can even help with other games FPS because of some of the windows settings!
