In this free update the UV mapping toolbox now has buttons to move by one, align UVs, and align UV shells. It also has flip U and V and the measure tool. As well, I've added a gather and ungather UVs feature that lets you quickly move overlapping UV shells out of the 0-1 UV space and then bring them back in one click in Autodesk Maya.
