Linux always booting to emergency mode | lvm corruption | Solved
One of the LVM size was incorrect after lvextend and lvreduce, the Linux was booting always in emergency mode.
The filesystem size mismatches from the super block size, which is documented in below Redhat website.

I have fixed the lvm by resizing it.
