Microsoft 365 - How to enable Multifactor authentication
Multifactor authentication is a MUST in this day and age. It means that when you log in you either get a SMS message or a code on the Authenticator app that only you can enter.
So if someone gets your password to your account, they still cannot log in.
Enabling Multifactor Authentication on your Microsoft 365 users is as easy as ticking a box, then the users will need to login again & select how they would like to authenticate.
