Steps:
simultaneously press the "Volume Up +" / "Home" and "Power" buttons;
when the Samsung splash screen appears, release the buttons and wait;
in the Recovery menu that opens, select the desired option using the Volume Up/Down buttons (for reset: Wipe data / factory reset) and confirm with the mechanical POWER button;
Next, select "Yes – delete all user data" and confirm with the POWER button;
Select "reboot system now" and confirm;
The phone will reboot.

Done.
