AWD SAFARI -- REAR STABILIZER (SWAY) BAR
After searching wrecking yards for years and never finding one I finally bit the bullet and bought a rear stabilizer bar. Astro / Safari vans tend to sway pretty bad after they get a lift.. (not all but many) This video is a quick once over of just the basics about the bar and install.
One thing I was NOT happy about and did not show in the video... All the hardware is in one box with nothing protecting the threads... Both U bolts had thread damage but one was so bad I had to go to town and buy a replacement .. I do not know if that damage was because of the packaging or if it was damaged before it was boxed... ( chalk it up to life in the real world. )

UPDATE -- Been driving it quite a lot and the rear sway bar has made a huge difference in the way it handles ... I highly recommend this add to your van. It went from a slushy titanic to an almost sports car.... Ok .. a bit off on that but it is really good.
