Follow these two alternate ways to Delete the app from the iPad.
The first method is,
to delete from the iPad settings app. Open the Settings app on iPad. and Go to the general option.
Next, Tap on iPad storage and wait to load all the apps show on the screen. scroll and find the app, and Tap on it.
Now, Tap on the Delete app option. and That's it. Your iPad will delete the app from the iPad completely that is in the App library but not on the home screen.
Now, the alternate second method is to,
search app name from iPad spotlight search and Touch and hold on to the app icon to see the delete app option.
