Contest conditions:
1. Shoot and upload a video on any manicure topic that interests you to YouTube.
2. The video length is maximum 3 minutes
3. The title of the video must contain the following phrase "Video contest Lizaonair and Deborah Lippmann", as well as a link to my channel in the description ( / lizaonair )
4. The video tags must contain the following tag - LIZAONAIR2013CONTEST (this is very important! it is necessary so that I can sort the works)
5. The competition will last exactly two weeks from the date of publication of this video. I will announce the results on VKontakte some time after the end.
6. Only new videos are taken into account, i.e. those published after the start date of the contest
