In this video, we explore two new capabilities in SQL Database Projects for Visual Studio Code: the Publish Dialog and Item Templates.
The Publish Dialog allows you to deploy database changes directly from VS Code, making it easier to publish schema updates without switching tools or running manual commands.
We also look at the expanded Item Templates, which provide pre-structured SQL files for common objects such as tables, views, schemas, triggers, and functions—helping you get started quickly and maintain consistency across your database project.
