माइक्रोसॉफ़्ट ऑफ़िस (अंग्रेज़ी: Microsoft Office) माइक्रोसॉफ़्ट का एक लोकप्रिय ऑफिस सूट है| माइक्रोसॉफ्ट ऑफिस एक ऐसा पैकेज है जिसके द्वारा ऑफिस के सभी कार्य किये जा सकते हैं। हम जानते हैं ऑफिस में कई काम होते हैं जैसे पत्र का प्रारूप तैयार करना, गणना, सुचित्रित कार्य, प्रस्तुतीकरण, डाटाबेस प्रबंधन एवं ई-मेल आदि। इन सभी कार्य को कंप्यूटर के माध्यम से करने के लिए सॉफ्टवेयर का पैकेज माइक्रोसॉफ्ट ने तैयार किया है।
दोस्तों Microsoft office एक application software होता है जिसका उपयोग office के बहुत सारे कार्य को करने के लिए किया जाता है जैसे की Letter लिखना, data entry करना, presentation बनाना इत्यादि|
सबसे पहले application software के बारे में जान लेते हैं| Application software बहुत सारे program का collection होता है जिसका उपयोग user के द्वारा किया जाता है मतलब की ऐसा software जो user के काम को perform करने के लिए बना हो उसे Application software कहा जाता है| Example: Microsoft office, PDF reader, Adobe Photoshop इत्यादि|
दुसरे और आसान शब्दों में कहें तो Microsoft office एक computer प्रोग्राम या software होता है जिसका उपयोग बहुत सारे official work को पूरा करने के लिए किया जाता है जैसे Notice लिखना, Data entry करना, presentation बनाना इत्यादि| इसका short form M. S. Office होता है|
Microsoft एक American Multinational company है जिसके founder Paul Allen और Bill Gates हैं| Multinational company का मतलब ऐसा company जिसका business एक से ज्यादा country में चलता है|
दोस्तों जैसा की मैंने बताया की सभी लोग अपने computer में Microsoft office के software install किये होंगे| जब आप M.S. Office software को अपने computer में install किये होंगे तो उसके अन्दर आपको बहुत सारे package मिले होंगे उसी को components भी कहा जाता है| इसके components निम्नलिखित हैं:

Microsoft Access
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Form
Microsoft OneNote
Microsoft Publisher
