Raising scores, raising the dead, raising the roof?
This is the newest update to a very old build at this point, my one bar hybrid necromancer for the Elder Scrolls Online. Just like the first version of the build (which came out BEFORE Oakensoul was even announced!), this one is thoroughly wacky. I am using some of my newly learned tricks for Vateshran and building to get its damage up to respectable levels, and to make sure it pulls a very respectable score.
