This video project explores the role of AI within modern object removal and frame reconstruction workflows using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop.
Through a series of static and motion-based case studies, I compare multiple reconstruction methods to analyze how AI-assisted tools compare against traditional algorithmic editing techniques. The methods include manual Clone Stamp workflows, Content-Aware Fill, pre-composed generated fill layers, and AI Generative Fill powered by Adobe Firefly.
The video project also breaks down how reference frames function between Photoshop and After Effects, how Adobe Sensei powers generated fill layers inside After Effects, and where AI actually improves creative workflows versus where traditional methods still perform better.
Thanks for watching!
