Construction of the dual track for the Gemas to JB Sentral Electric Train Service, ETS, are set to begin now this project expected to be ready in end of 2020.
KTM-ETS are going to open a new southern route mainly in Kluang and Segamat District.
The construction of the 192km twin tracks project estimated to cost RM9.4 billion Current South Malaysia’s KTM-ETS station is in Gemas, Negeri Sembilan
KTM-ETS project are expected to transform most of Johor's small town into a popular tourism.
These town are Paloh, Bekok, Kluang

This project overall helps reducing usage of extra land because it's leveraging the current KTM tracks at the meantime it also beneficial the economic of Johor's outskirts district such as Kempas Baru, Kulai, Layang-layang, Rengam, Kluang, Paloh, Bekok to Segamat
this 197 kilometer project expected to be ready by end of 2020
the construction of this KTM-ETS will have total of eleven stations, three major stations are Segamat, Kluang and JB Sentral
