Propellerhead Reason Guitar Music 23 ("Six String Showdown")
So here's a small track I wrote to show off the amazing A-List Acoustic Guitarist Rack Extension for Propellerhead Reason. Many users wished this module could pull off electric guitars too...and now it can!.. using some FX on top (as I do with my lead guitars). You can get the patch for free from my website..
The track is supposed to depict a scene between an acoustic and an electric guitar player. The steel guitar and acoustic rhythm guitar players are boring the audience with a dull song, when the distorted (or disturbed?) electric guitar player jumps on stage trying to steal his thunder.
I especially like the idea of playing out both sides of the spectrum; an acoustic guitar player droning out a dull piece and the overzealous electric guitar player, trying waayyyy to hard to be cool.
