The Mini Cooper was born in the 1950s. Its strengths include its compactness, a casual feel, and a focus on space efficiency. The Mini Cooper has a 3.85-liter wheelbase and a 2.49-liter wheelbase. Even with the batteries, which were added to power the electric motor, the Mini retains the same 211-liter trunk as the combustion engine version.
The version we reviewed is the launch version, the Top Collection, which features exclusive aesthetic details.
The Mini Cooper SE has a multimedia center compatible only with Apple CarPlay, a Harman Kardon sound system, parking assist, brake assist, a digital instrument panel, and a panoramic sunroof.
The battery that powers the 184-hp electric motor can be charged up to 80% in 30 minutes using a super-fast charger. The Mini Cooper SE can travel up to 241 km on a single charge.
