Ribbon of Darkness - Gordon Lightfoot Tribute
I had the good fortune of performing for Gordon Lightfoot at Hugh's Room as part of the annual tribute they hosted every year for a few years there, and it was an honour to get to play this song for him. He then asked me to come and perform at Harbourfront where they were celebrating the 40th anniversary of 'Sundown'. He loved hearing everybody and was always so encouraging to me in particular. Rest in peace on that Carefree Highway, Mr Lightfoot!
