4-16: Advanced Conditional Formatting Using the Rules Manager
Excel beginners can sometimes apply simple conditional formatting. To model complex multiple conditions, the Rules Manager must be used. In this lesson you'll use the Rules Manager to change the order in which rules are applied and to edit the values of an existing rule.
